Longevity: Past, Present and Future, Bangkok

This morning in Bangkok, I spoke on Longevity: Past, Present & Future at the press round table for the launch of ZeroAge.life's AI-Enabled Longevity 5.0 Cloud, a platform built to power the "Clinic of the Future" across Thailand.

My through-line was simple: our field has moved from replacing what we lose, to measuring how we age, to editing the aging process itself.

➡️ Past: Restoration. Hormone optimization, nutraceuticals, IV therapy. Reactive care: topping up the tank as it drains.

➡️ Present: Measurement & Influence. Wearables, epigenetic clocks, the hallmarks of aging, AI-driven dashboards and digital twins. Biological age vs. chronological age is now the metric that matters.

➡️ Future: Intervention. Senolytics, cellular reprogramming, gene editing. Changing outcomes before they occur, with some now framing death itself as a disease to be solved.

Three takeaways I left the room with:

🔹 Know your baseline. Biological age and biomarkers go far deeper than a standard checkup. 🔹 Make it personal. There's no universal protocol, and you don't need the Bryan Johnson extreme. Integrate longevity into the life you already live. 🔹 Add brainspan. Alongside lifespan and healthspan, cognitive health is the defining frontier of the next decade.

The goal isn't just to live longer, it's to outpace your own biological clocks, in a healthy and positive way.

Congratulations to Dr Wei Siang Yu and Dr Yvonne Wong on a bold vision for the world's first Continuum of Longevity Experiences (CLE), connecting clinics, resorts, residences and homes on one united platform.

Proud to serve as Vice Chair of Ecosystem Development at ZeroAge.life and Co-Chair at Longevity.men as we build what's next.
