Conferência de imprensa Longevity 5.0, Jacarta
Por Stephen Watson
Stephen Watson participou à distância, sobre vinte anos de medicina da longevidade.

"In twenty years we went from balancing the body to editing its instructions, and the most radical chapter hasn't been written yet."
That's how I opened this morning, joining the Longevity 5.0 men's press conference in Jakarta virtually with Yvonne Wong and Dr. Jonathan Ti.
My core argument: the original pillars of longevity medicine didn't get replaced. They got a map and a dashboard stacked on top.
→ Yesterday we restored the inputs: hormones, micronutrients, nutraceuticals. → Today we measure aging itself: Hallmarks of Aging, epigenetic clocks, biomarkers, AI-integrated data. → Tomorrow we intervene directly: brain health, senolytics to clear "zombie cells," CRISPR to rewrite the code.
We stop optimizing the system. We start editing the program.
Dr. Jonathan Ti brought it back to the clinic: the gap isn't ambition, it's integration. Men still get one-size-fits-all annual blood tests when they need personalized, upstream, preventive data they can actually act on.
The future of men's longevity is precision. And we're the first generation that gets to find out what that really means.
Thank you Dr Wei Siang Yu for pulling together this remarkable team and organization and to Yvonne Wong for hosting, and to the Longevity.men × SheSpan.life , ZeroAge.life, and Indonesia.md.md for making it happen.
